Money-Back Policy

Applicability and Refund Conditions
This Money-Back Policy applies only if:
(a) you purchased directly on our website; and
(b) a money-back guarantee was expressly offered to you at checkout for your selected HYPNARI plan.
This Money-Back Policy applies only to the initial purchase of the selected HYPNARI plan. It does not apply to renewal charges, recurring rebills, subsequent subscription periods, or charges processed after you failed to cancel in time.
Apart from any refund rights granted by applicable law, you may be eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:
- You contacted us by email at hello@lumius.com within 7 days of your initial purchase of access to the selected HYPNARI plan;
- You followed the selected HYPNARI plan for at least 7 consecutive days;
- You provide sufficient evidence that you followed the plan in accordance with the requirements described below in the section "How to Show You Followed the HYPNARI Plan"; and
- Your request is sent from the same email address that was used to purchase the plan, or you otherwise provide sufficient information for us to verify your account.
We will review your request and inform you by email whether your request has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by the payment processor or applicable law.
If you fail to meet any of the above conditions, your refund request may be denied.
How to Show You Followed the HYPNARI Plan
You can demonstrate that you followed the HYPNARI plan only if:
- You send us screenshots from your HYPNARI account showing that you followed the plan for at least 7 consecutive days and completed all required lessons and sessions during that period.
Evidence must be sent by email to hello@lumius.com from the email address associated with your purchase.
We may also request additional information reasonably necessary to verify your refund request.
Important
Please note that only fulfilling the requirements listed above may entitle you to a refund under this Money-Back Policy.
For clarity, this Money-Back Policy does not apply in any other circumstances, including but not limited to the following:
- You believe you do not have enough time to follow the HYPNARI plan;
- You find the HYPNARI plan too difficult or too easy;
- You have previously received a refund under this policy;
- You fail to follow the Money-Back Policy procedure;
- You fail to provide sufficient supporting evidence;
- You refuse to comply with instructions from our Customer Support team;
- You purchased the wrong plan by mistake;
- You purchased based on incorrect assumptions;
- You simply changed your mind for non-technical reasons;
- You failed to read the offer details, Subscription Terms, Terms & Conditions, or checkout disclosures before purchasing;
- You expected that no further charges would apply after the initial purchase;
- You believed that the subscription would not automatically renew;
- You believed that the subscription would terminate automatically without cancellation;
- You failed to cancel before the end of the applicable trial period or before the next renewal charge;
- Your request relates to a renewal payment rather than the initial purchase.
Financial reasons for a refund are not accepted merely because you misunderstood or failed to review the subscription, trial, renewal, or cancellation terms disclosed at checkout and in the applicable legal policies.
If you do not meet the above Money-Back Policy conditions, all paid subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise specified or required by applicable law.
No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued for unused time, unused content, lack of results, cancellation during an active trial period or billing period, or any unused portion of a subscription term.
EU/UK Notice
If you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have certain mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to digital content and digital services and acknowledge that, once performance has begun and access has been granted, your statutory withdrawal or cancellation right may be lost to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this Money-Back Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including rights that may apply where digital content or digital services are defective, not as described, or not provided in conformity with applicable law.
