Subscription Terms

1. General
HYPNARI provides access to exclusive digital content, tools, recommendations, guides, educational materials, and related digital services on a subscription basis.
All subscriptions are for personal use only. Subscriptions may not be transferred, shared with third parties, sublicensed, or resold.
2. By Purchasing a Subscription, You Agree to the Following Terms
2.1 Recurring Payments. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize HYPNARI and/or its payment processor to charge you automatically according to the billing schedule of the plan selected at checkout until you cancel.
2.2 Billing in Advance. All subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable trial period or billing period, as applicable to the selected plan.
2.3 Payment Responsibility. You are fully responsible for all charges incurred under your subscription unless and until you cancel in accordance with these Subscription Terms.
2.4 Continuous Access. Your subscription will remain active and automatically renew unless cancelled by you before the next billing date or terminated by HYPNARI in accordance with these Terms.
2.5 Service Delivery. Subscribed content may be delivered by email, through the member platform, through downloadable files, links, PDFs, educational materials, digital resources, or other digital formats included in the selected plan.
2.6 Statement Descriptor. Charges may appear on your bank statement as "Lumius Plan" or a substantially similar descriptor used by our payment processor.
2.7 Checkout Disclosures Control. The exact subscription price, trial period, billing interval, introductory offer, and renewal terms applicable to your selected plan will be shown at checkout and in your purchase confirmation. In the event of any discrepancy between general promotional wording and the checkout disclosures, the checkout disclosures and these Subscription Terms shall control.
3. Subscription Plans
HYPNARI currently offers the following recurring subscription plans:
3.1 1-Week Trial Plan. You may purchase a 7-day trial for €4.99. This plan provides unlimited access during the 7-day trial period. Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew at €59.99 every 4 weeks until cancelled.
3.2 12-Week Trial Plan. You may purchase a 12-week trial period for €25.20. This plan provides unlimited access during the 12-week trial period. Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew at €119.99 every 12 weeks until cancelled.
3.3 4-Week Trial Plan. You may purchase a 4-week trial period for €14.99. This plan provides unlimited access during the 4-week trial period. Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew at €59.99 every 4 weeks until cancelled.
4. Becoming a Subscriber
4.1 Your subscription begins immediately upon successful purchase and confirmation of payment.
4.2 Upon activation, you receive access to the HYPNARI service and related digital materials included in your selected plan, which may include tasks, educational content, emails, downloadable resources, platform-based content, and other digital materials.
4.3 You expressly agree that performance of the digital service begins immediately after purchase or as soon as access is granted.
5. Content Delivery
Subscription content may be delivered by one or more of the following methods:
- access through the HYPNARI member platform;
- recommendations and other content by email;
- downloadable files, including PDF documents;
- links to hosted files or resources;
- other digital materials included in the selected plan.
You are solely responsible for providing a correct and functioning email address and for maintaining access to your email inbox and member account.
HYPNARI is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect contact information, spam filters, email provider restrictions, forgotten login credentials, or other circumstances beyond HYPNARI's reasonable control.
6. Subscription Changes and Cancellation
6.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time.
6.2 To avoid the next recurring charge, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date, including before the end of any applicable trial period.
6.3 Because renewal processing may begin slightly before the next billing date, HYPNARI strongly recommends that cancellations be completed at least 24 hours before the end of the applicable trial period or before the start of the next billing period.
6.4 If cancellation is not completed before the next billing date, the next renewal charge may still be processed and will not be refunded, except where required by applicable law.
6.5 Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active through the end of the then-current paid trial period or billing period, after which it will automatically expire.
6.6 Cancellation does not reverse or refund charges that have already been lawfully processed for the current trial period or billing period.
6.7 You may cancel your subscription by:
- logging in to your account settings and completing the cancellation steps provided there; or
- sending an email to hello@lumius.com from the email address associated with your purchase.
6.8 For security and identity verification purposes, HYPNARI may require sufficient information to identify your account before processing a cancellation request received by email.
7. Automatic Renewal
7.1 By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable trial period or billing period, unless cancelled in time.
7.2 Renewal charges will be processed automatically using the payment method provided at checkout.
7.3 If your payment method cannot be charged, HYPNARI may retry the charge, suspend access, or terminate the subscription at its discretion.
7.4 HYPNARI may change subscription prices for future billing periods where permitted by applicable law. Any such change will apply on a forward-looking basis only and will not affect trial or billing periods that have already been paid for.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 General Rule. HYPNARI provides digital intellectual property, digital content, and digital services that become accessible immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of these products and services, all payments are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once access has been granted, except where: (a) a refund is expressly provided for under the limited Money-Back Policy set out below; or (b) a refund is required by applicable law.
8.2 No Pro-Rated Refunds. No refunds, credits, or partial compensation will be issued for any fees paid in respect of unused time, unused content, non-use of the service, lack of results, cancellation during an active trial or billing period, or any unused portion of a subscription period.
8.3 Limited Money-Back Policy. In addition to any statutory refund rights provided by applicable law, a customer may be eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met: (a) the customer contacts HYPNARI within 7 days of the initial purchase of access to the selected HYPNARI plan; (b) the customer has followed the HYPNARI plan for at least 7 consecutive days; and (c) the customer provides the proof described in Section 8.4 below.
For clarity, this limited Money-Back Policy applies only to the initial purchase of the selected plan and does not apply to renewal charges, recurring repeat charges, subsequent subscription periods, or charges processed after a customer has failed to cancel in time.
8.4 How to Prove That You Followed the HYPNARI Plan. A customer may prove that they followed the HYPNARI plan only by sending screenshots from their HYPNARI account showing that they completed the plan's lessons for 7 consecutive days and that all required sessions were completed during that period.
Such proof must be sent by email to hello@lumius.com from the email address associated with the purchase.
8.5 Processing of Refund Requests. HYPNARI will review the refund request and notify the customer by email whether the request is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by the payment processor or applicable law.
8.6 Exclusions from the Money-Back Policy. This limited Money-Back Policy does not apply in any of the following cases, including but not limited to:
- the customer believes they do not have enough time to follow the HYPNARI plan;
- the customer believes the HYPNARI plan is too difficult or too easy;
- the customer has already received a refund under this policy in the past;
- the customer fails to follow the refund request procedure;
- the customer fails to provide sufficient supporting proof;
- the customer refuses to follow the instructions of Customer Support;
- the customer purchased the wrong plan by mistake;
- the customer purchased based on incorrect assumptions;
- the customer changed their mind for non-technical reasons;
- the customer did not read the offer details, Subscription Terms, General Terms, or checkout disclosures before purchase;
- the customer did not cancel before the next renewal charge;
- the request relates to a renewal charge rather than the initial purchase.
8.7 Where Conditions Are Not Met. If the customer does not meet all of the Money-Back Policy conditions set out above, all subscription fees paid shall remain non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
8.8 Clarification Regarding Trial Plans. The 1-Week Trial Plan, the 4-Week Trial Plan, and the 12-Week Trial Plan are introductory offers provided at a discount. If they are not cancelled before the end of the applicable trial period, they automatically convert into recurring subscriptions charged at the renewal prices and billing intervals set out at checkout and in Section 3. Charges processed after the end of the trial period are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
8.9 Renewal Charges. Charges for all renewal periods are recurring subscription fees charged in advance and are non-refundable once processed, except as expressly provided in this Section 8 or where required by applicable law.
8.10 Chargebacks. If a customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting HYPNARI support, HYPNARI reserves the right to suspend access to the service and to submit all relevant records of purchase, access, use, and consent to the payment processor or financial institution.
9. EU/UK Digital Content Notice
9.1 If you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have certain statutory consumer rights.
9.2 By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and digital services and acknowledge that, once performance of the service has begun and access has been granted, your statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation may be lost to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9.3 Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
10. Account, Access, and Misuse
10.1 You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.
10.2 HYPNARI may suspend or terminate access without a refund if it reasonably believes that:
- the subscription is being shared or resold;
- the service is being misused;
- fraudulent or abusive payment activity has occurred;
- the customer has breached these Terms or applicable law.
11. Changes to Subscription Terms
11.1 HYPNARI reserves the right to update or modify these Subscription Terms at any time.
11.2 Any changes will take effect upon posting or upon notice to customers, unless a later effective date is specified.
11.3 Continued use of the subscription after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Subscription Terms.
12. Complaints and Disputes
All complaints and disputes relating to a subscription will be reviewed as soon as reasonably possible and, where feasible, no later than 10 business days after HYPNARI receives all of the information necessary to assess the matter.
